Today marks the first release of data from the 2011 Census and the start of Canada’s new statistical portrait. The new data tell us how many people live in Canada and the places where we live.
Data are available at all geographical levels. Whether you want to know the population and dwelling count for all of Canada or a city block, the census has the data you’re looking for.
