Conference Registration







Online conference registration will be available mid-September when workshop/presentation session and field trip descriptions and schedules are available. Note that those attending the conference, other than special session presenters or exhibitors, must be OAGEE members.

Breakfasts, break snacks, Friday lunch and the Saturday evening banquet are included with registration. However, to assist in conference planning and budgeting, delegates will be asked to confirm their attendance at the Saturday banquet (tentatively scheduled for 5-6:30 p.m., followed by a keynote speaker).
After registering for the conference, delegates will receive two automatic emails: 1. communication opt-in confirmation; 2. invoice and conference ID number for session selection. Delegates must follow the provided link in the invoice email to sign up for specific sessions and the banquet. Check your junk email folder if you do not see this automatic response email.

All registrations are paid in full during on-line registration. In addition, in order for your colleagues and volunteers to plan effectively, extra fees for field trips are non-refundable.
