Notifications regarding successful submissions will be provided by the end of August 2019. One presenter from each accepted workshop or presentation will receive a $100 discount toward his or her registration fee for the conference. Additional presenters who wish to participate in the OAGEE 2019 Fall Conference activities beyond their session are asked to register separately for the conference. Sessions will run Friday morning, Friday afternoon, and Saturday morning. Each session will be 50 minutes in length, with the option for a double session if additional time is required. Field trip requests (it should be noted that likely only 1 field trip per day will be chosen) must run either on Friday from 1:45 – 4:45 pm or Saturday from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Workshop and presentation spaces can vary in size depending on the number of delegates attending. Typical rooms will hold 20-30 people with chairs and tables. Smaller rooms can hold 10 people with 1 common table and chairs. Each room is equipped with a ceiling mounted projector or a wall mounted TV and surround sound. Wireless Internet access will be available throughout the whole facility. Presenters must bring their own laptop (BYOD) to present from. All applicable workshop and presentation proposals will be considered for the conference. However, we are encouraging potential presenters to consider providing a session that would focus on the conference theme of “Geography: A Natural Advantage” or on the highlighted themes listed below:- Concepts of Geographic Thinking
